Marianna Mondelos is a food designer and artist creating immersive eating experiences, performative formats and sensory food installations.

Her practice explores the intersection of food, design and performance. Her projects unfold through artistic formats as well as collaborations with brands and cultural institutions.

With a background in graphic and communication design, curating and exhibition management, alongside training in nutrition education and food-based art research, she approaches food as both material and medium.
